Refund policy
At The Faraday Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories intact. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described. In those cases, we will cover return shipping.
Restocking Fee:
All eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Final Sale Items:
Please note that the following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund for hygiene reasons, even if the item is shipped in the original packaging. For the safety of our customers the following items are not returnable for any reason:
- The Body Guards Collection
- Any wearable product
- Mattress covers
- Pillowcases
- Bed & Room Guards
Essentially, anything that comes into direct contact with your body is not returnable.
To initiate a return:
Contact us at returns@thefaraday.co and we will provide the necessary return information. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
We do not accept returns on:
- Final sale items (as outlined above)
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards or sale/clearance items
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and place a new order for the replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
If your order is being shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, with original packaging and tags, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. This excludes any Body Guard items.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund (minus the 25% restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
