Shipping

Where your order ships from
Our shielding textiles are produced by specialist manufacturers, principally in Asia, chosen on tested shielding performance rather than price. Orders ship from our fulfilment partners direct to you. We tell you this plainly because you should know what you are buying and where it comes from — and because every batch is verified against specification before it is offered for sale.

Processing and delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard international delivery then takes 10–20 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. Some destinations are quicker; a small number are slower, and we will tell you if yours is one of them.

Every order is tracked end to end. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as it is dispatched and can follow it at any point.

If you need an item by a specific date, contact us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.

Free shipping
Free standard shipping on orders over $50.

Worldwide
We ship to customers worldwide. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Customs and duties
Import duties, taxes and customs charges are set by your country and are the recipient's responsibility. They are not included in the price at checkout. If you would like an estimate before ordering, ask us.

If your order is late
If tracking has not updated for seven days, or your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact info@thefaraday.co and we will trace it. If it cannot be located we will replace it or refund it in full. You do not have to argue with us about this.
